2014 NBA Finals: Game 5
Manu dunks
San Antonio vs. Miami
104 - 87
June 15, 2014
AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX
A year after a heartbreaking loss in Game 7 of the Finals, San Antonio proved who the better team was, pounding Miami and demolishing them in 5 games. All of San Antonio players had excellent games as San Antonio cruised to victory, but Manu Ginobili had perhaps the most surprising play of the game. Just before half Manu drives the court and puts up a monster dunk over Chris Bosh and Ray Allen. San Antonio went on to win 17 points and gained their fifth championship in fifteen years.

In Game 1 Tony Parker had a series high 33 points. One of the best layup shooters in the game, late in the 3rd quarter Parker made a 360 spin move on this drive to get the layup and one, putting San Antonio up by 25 points.

San Antonio had jumped out to an early lead against Dallas but then Tim Duncan went out with a slight injury and Dallas battled back to gain a 10 point lead in the 4th quarter. Duncan rallied the team back going 4 for 5 in the paint in the quarter and helping keep Dallas scoreless for 5 and a half minutes during the stretch. Midway through the 4th Duncan had this textbook layup over Dirk Nowitzki to put San Antonio within 2. Duncan finished with 27 points and San Antonio won the series in 7.
