2012 Regular Season
Jones' Walk-off HR
Atlanta vs. Philadelphia
15 - 13
May 2, 2012
Turner Field, Atlanta, GA
One of Atlanta's all-time great players, Chipper Jones, finished off his storied career with a few big hits for Atlanta. In what he called one of the best moments of his career, Jones hit a 2-run walk-off homerun in an 11 inning battle with Phliadelphia. The game in and of itself was epic not only for extending to 11 innings, but because Atlanta rallied twice to overcome deficits of 5 runs or more.

First Championship in Atlanta
Atlanta vs. Cleveland
1 - 0
October 28, 1995

The Team of the 90s finally got their championship in 1995 against Cleveland. Game 6 was the lowest scoring game of the series, with the only run coming in the 6th off a solo home run hit by David Justice. Tom Glavine pitching eight innings and only allowing one hit, and Mark Wohlers closed out with a fly ball from Carlos Baerga to keep Cleveland scoreless. The win gave Atlanta their first championship since the move from Milwaukee.

1992 NLCS: Game 7
Cabrera's Winning Single
Atlanta vs. Pittsburgh
3 - 2
October 14, 1992
Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium
Atlanta had gone up 3 games to 1 in the 1992 NLCS but Pittsburgh fought back, including a crushing 13 - 4 victory for Pittsburgh in Game 6, to force Game 7. Going into the bottom of the 9th, Pittsburgh was up 2, and Atlanta hadn't scored a run all night. But Atlanta was ready to rally. A double, then an error, then a walk loaded the bases. Ron Gant hit a sacrifice fly for the first run. Another walk to load the bases again. Then after a popfly, Francisco Cabrera steps up with bases loaded and two outs. His single into left field scored the winning run, and Atlanta moved on to the World Series.

1974 Regular Season
Hank Aaron HR Record
Atlanta vs. Los Angeles
7 - 4
April 8, 1974
Atlanta Stadium, Atlanta, GA
It had been almost 40 years since Babe Ruth had set the all-time home run record at 714 career home runs, but now Hank Aaron was ready to take over the title. In a regular season game against Los Angeles, Aaron stepped up for his second at bat of the night. After taking a ball, Aaron smacked the next pitch into deep left field to claim his throne as home run king.
